These terms and conditions govern the use of services offered by MMM Solutions Studio. By using our services, you accept these terms.

Service Description

MMM Solutions Studio provides:

Development of web applications and custom software
Website hosting and maintenance services
Technical consulting and IT support
Development of automations and intelligent bots

Client Obligations

The client commits to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Make payments according to agreed terms
Actively collaborate for project realization
Provide original content and not violate third-party rights
Provide constructive and timely feedback

Payments and Billing

Payment terms:

Development: advance payment before work begins
Hosting: monthly billing in advance
Payment delays: late interest according to applicable law
Service suspension for non-payment after 15 days

Intellectual Property

Developed software rights are transferred to the client upon payment completion. Framework and library code remains property of respective authors.

Liability Limitation

MMM Solutions is not liable for indirect damages, profit loss or service interruptions beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited to contract value.

Contract Termination

The contract can be terminated:

For serious breach by either party
With 30 days written notice
For non-payment after 15 days from due date

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, Rome Court has jurisdiction.

Terms Changes

MMM Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice via email.
